1. Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and company. When you use ClawPulsar, we collect usage data including relay configurations, uptime check results, and budget alert settings. We also collect standard analytics data such as page views, browser type, and referring URLs through privacy-respecting analytics (Umami).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve ClawPulsar, communicate product updates and announcements, monitor service health and debug relay issues, and generate aggregate usage statistics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in the United States and European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Webhook payloads passing through ClawPulsar are encrypted end-to-end and are not stored beyond the delivery confirmation window (default: 72 hours).

4. Webhook Data

ClawPulsar relays webhook payloads from external services to your self-hosted agent. Payloads are encrypted in transit and temporarily buffered only for delivery purposes. We do not inspect, analyze, or store webhook payload contents beyond what is needed for reliable delivery and debugging. Relay logs (timestamps, status codes, sizes) are retained for 30 days; full payloads are purged after successful delivery confirmation.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@clawpulsar.com. You may also export all your data or close your account at any time through the dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies required for authentication and session management. Our analytics solution (Umami) is cookie-free and does not track users across sites.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of ClawPulsar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
