Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawPulsar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ClawPulsar provides managed infrastructure services for self-hosted OpenClaw agents, including webhook relay, uptime monitoring, budget alerts, and a health dashboard. The Service acts as an intermediary between external webhook providers and your locally-running agent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and relay client tokens. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or relay endpoints.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to relay malicious payloads or conduct denial-of-service attacks, circumvent rate limits or abuse free-tier allocations, relay content that violates any applicable law or regulation, or use relay endpoints for purposes unrelated to OpenClaw agent operation.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ClawPulsar is provided "as is" during the beta period. Paid plans include uptime commitments as specified in your subscription agreement. The relay service depends on network connectivity between our servers and your agent — we are not responsible for issues caused by your local network configuration.

6. Data and Webhook Payloads

Webhook payloads relayed through ClawPulsar remain your data. We do not claim ownership of or rights to any content passing through the relay. Payloads are encrypted in transit and temporarily buffered for delivery only. We do not inspect payload contents except as needed for debugging at your request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawPulsar and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed webhook deliveries, undetected downtime, or costs incurred by connected LLM providers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your relay endpoints will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
